Regulations1. Price Prices of all offered products are the exw MES prices (from store-house in Danzig) and do not contain the costs of delivery. They are expressed in EUR. 2. Payment The payment is realized in PLN (with 22% of VAT) according to current course of sale in ING the Silesian Bank in invoicing day. 3. Conditions of payment Engine: The condition for the order is paying 30% of the value of the order on basis of the MES invoice pro-forma. The lack of payment in 3 days from order will cause his expiration. The remaining payment should be payed after receiving the confirmation of readiness for dispatch of goods from factory (from France) - about a week before delivery to Danzig. Accessories: For orders together with the engine - paid during receiption or for delivery fee under indicated in order address. For orders above 100 EUR - the required subscription 30% value of order. 4. Conditions of deliveries Ordered goods can be received in Danzig or after receipt payment can be sent on recepient's cost by a courier. 5. Deadlines of deliveries The engine – about 6 weeks from composition of order. The accessories – about 4 weeks from composition of order. |
